Abundant Life Church – LED Wall Truss System

For this project, we partnered with Abundant Life Church in Happy Valley, OR, to deliver a full trussing and hoist package to support their new LED wall system.

We designed and delivered a custom ground-support truss structure built around Global Truss components, complete with base plates, universal blocks, truss picks, and all necessary rigging hardware. The system was engineered to handle the weight and span of their LED wall safely and cleanly, while fitting the aesthetic and footprint of their stage.

To handle lifting and positioning, we provided four 1/2-ton Stagemaker hoists with local control, along with a Motion Labs hoist controller and power distribution. Later in the process, we added Schedule 80 aluminum pipe and mega-couplers to secure the LED wall directly to the truss grid, adjusting the design on-site as needed.

We coordinated closely with the team at Abundant Life to ensure everything arrived, rigged, and flew safely within their schedule and buildout timeline.
