When you contact Qohr
If you send a Project Brief, Qohr receives the information you provide so we can understand your project and respond. This includes your name, organization, email, phone number, city and state, and project details.
The inquiry is stored in Close for Qohr follow-up. We use the information you submit to respond to you and continue the project conversation.
The LED Wall Builder runs in your browser. Nothing about a wall you design is sent to Qohr until you choose Send to Qohr. When you do, we receive your name, organization, email address, and phone number, together with the concept PDF the tool builds from your design.
That submission is stored in Close with the concept file attached, and is used to respond to you about the wall. Qohr does not save your design between visits; closing the page discards it.
Site visits
When you browse
Google Analytics helps Qohr understand which pages people visit and whether they use certain site features. It may use first-party cookies and receive approximate location plus browser and device information. Answers you enter in a Project Brief, and the walls you design in the LED Wall Builder, are not sent to Analytics.
Vercel hosts the site and therefore handles information sent through it, including Project Brief submissions. Read Vercel’s privacy notice for more about its practices.

Choices you can make
You decide whether to send a Project Brief and which optional details to include. You can also block or delete analytics cookies through your browser settings. Google’s Analytics privacy guidance describes additional controls and opt-out options.
