A nationwide project needs more than a crew willing to travel. It needs clear discovery, verified drawings, coordinated procurement, planned mobilization, disciplined commissioning, usable documentation, and training that leaves the local team confident after Qohr goes home.

The trip is planned. The handoff is planned too.

Qohr separates what can be resolved efficiently before travel from what must be verified, installed, tuned, and taught in person. The goal is fewer field surprises and a local team that understands the completed system.

Remote discovery

Gather drawings, photos, dimensions, inventories, workflows, priorities, schedule constraints, and the people responsible for decisions.

Design + coordination

Develop the system, signal flow, infrastructure requirements, construction coordination, equipment plan, and field sequence.

Field verification

Confirm the conditions that drawings and photographs cannot prove before final installation commitments are made.

Mobilization

Coordinate people, equipment, freight, site access, other trades, testing, and the work required before the room returns to use.

Commission + train

Tune, calibrate, program, document, train, and establish the path for questions and service after turnover.
