Portable production
The room changes. The production standard does not.
Zoe Church South Bay needed more than a collection of road cases. The audio, wireless, video, networking, communication, and confidence systems had to deploy as one repeatable environment, then get out of the way once the room filled.

The infrastructure behind the moment.
Cases, racks, processing, control, and transport are part of the design. Each detail below belongs to the same South Bay system.

Audio control
Permanent-room control. Purpose-built to travel.
The Yamaha DM7 and Rio3224-D3 form the center of the audio workflow. Meyer loudspeakers and GALAXY processing carry that control into the room, while Shure wireless and IEM systems organize the stage around rechargeable, networked infrastructure.

Every case has a purpose. Every connection has a home.
Portability works when the signal path, storage, power, network, and operating workflow are designed together.
Audio control
Yamaha DM7 with Rio3224-D3 I/O, expansion, a hydraulic console case, and a workflow built around a mobile production position.
Room sound
Meyer Sound Ultra-X80 point-source loudspeakers, 750-LFC low-frequency control, fills, monitors, and GALAXY processing.
Wireless + IEM
Shure wireless microphones, Axient Digital PSM, rechargeable infrastructure, antennas, stage microphones, and direct boxes organized for repeatable deployment.
Video + confidence
Blackmagic ATEM 4K switching, optical transport, playback hardware, and a 75-inch confidence display that travels in its own lift case.
Network + communication
Managed Netgear M4250 switching, dedicated wireless access, and full-duplex production intercom keep the portable system connected.
Portable infrastructure
Shock-mounted racks, purpose-built cases, power distribution, and labeled cabling turn individual components into one deployable system.
The system arrives in pieces. The room experiences one whole.
Once the doors open, the road cases stop being the story. The audience sees a clear stage, the team hears what it needs, the production crew has confidence, and the room can focus on what is happening, not how the technology got there.

Set the system. Then let the room lead.
Zoe Church South Bay has a production environment that moves as a coordinated whole: clear control at front of house, intentional coverage in the room, organized wireless on stage, and video, confidence, network, and communication systems built for the same weekly rhythm.
