LED + broadcast

One visual system. Two audiences.

Encounter Church needed a stage display with enough scale for the room and enough refresh performance for broadcast. At the same time, the church was expanding how it captured and directed services. Qohr treated the LED surface, cameras, signal flow, and control position as one production system.

Three display states

Blank stage. Built structure. Live surface.

The existing room already had a strong stone backdrop and steep ceiling geometry. The new wall needed to hold a clear visual center without pretending those conditions were not there.

The system came together in three different frames.

Structure establishes the surface. Cameras translate it. The room in use proves whether both decisions held.

Field assembly

Build the surface.

Broadcast capture

Frame the room.

Broadcast path

Stable when it should be. Mobile when it needs to be.

The fixed URSA camera gives the room a dependable primary angle and broadcast-lens control. Two roaming Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pros extend coverage closer to the stage, wirelessly feeding a production environment built around the ATEM 2 M/E Constellation 4K.

Every signal has a place to land.

The wall, camera chain, wireless capture, processing, and production control were engineered as one visual workflow.

Qohr LED wall

Sixty Qohr Q-Panel 2.6 cabinets create a wide stage surface with 2.6 mm pixel pitch, 3840 Hz refresh, and the close-viewing detail needed in the room and on camera.

Primary broadcast camera

A Blackmagic URSA Broadcast G2 with a Fujinon LA16x8 broadcast lens, studio viewfinder, zoom demand, and focus demand gives the fixed camera position a complete operator workflow.

Roaming capture

Two Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pros with Canon 24–70 mm lenses and Hollyland COSMO C1 wireless links add flexible floor-level coverage.

Production control

A Blackmagic ATEM 2 M/E Constellation 4K anchors a 20-input 12G-SDI workflow with multiview, conversion, sync, routing, and room for expansion.

Processing + support

A NovaStar VX400 Pro drives the display while a black ProX ground-support structure resolves the wall cleanly against the existing stage architecture.

A stronger stage image. A clearer production path.

Encounter Church now has one coordinated environment for stage content, fixed and roaming capture, 4K switching, and weekly operation. The display is designed for both the people in the seats and the cameras pointed toward it.
