Brian Lawrence

Hi, I’m Brian Lawrence, a Portland native, husband, and proud dad of two energetic boys. I’ve been passionate about church production since I was a teenager. I got my start running sound in junior high and never looked back.

For nearly 20 years, I was on staff at City Bible Church (now known as Mannahouse), where I worked my way up from Audio Tech to Audio Manager, and eventually served as the church’s Technical Director. I had the privilege of overseeing countless services, building teams, and leading technical upgrades that helped elevate the worship experience.

These days, I’m focused on designing AVL (audio, video, lighting) systems for churches across the country, systems that aren’t just technically solid but that also serve the mission and heart of each ministry.

One of my favorite parts of the job is the moment when a new system comes to life; when the lights turn on, the audio hums, and the vision we’ve worked on together becomes real. Outside of work, I’m all about family time and watching soccer (go Timbers!).
